decent for a budget option , but staff needs improvement

The check-in process was straightforward, but the room was not ready upon arrival. I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas and the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions and restaurants. I also liked the simple coffee station available .

The service provided by the staff was lacking in professionalism.

Receptionist went out of her way to help me and another couple registering ahead of us. She should get recognition. My daughter entered wrong date for stay. It was not a problem for her to correct our mistake. Thanks

pillows were flat and towels were rough.

It's a nice, clean, comfortable motel, good for the money. Free coffee in the morning :) The bus station is just next to it.

It's not very close to the down town. It's about 20$ with taxi. And if you decide to hang around there, there is nothing but gas stations.

Should you go for it? My answer

My experience was largely disappointing. The room had numerous cockroaches, and the shower was out of order. I faced constant key issues, and previous guests' trash was left behind. It's hard to recommend a place with such unsanitary conditions. Look elsewhere for a comfortable stay!

The bed by the window sunk in the middle had to move to other bed. No refridgerators....

Good hotel for the money!! May not stay there alone as a young woman... But it was clean and the staff was nice.

The staff provided fantastic service, promptly addressing our issues with the air conditioning and refrigerator. The room was clean and spacious. The hot water was lacking, and the air conditioner was quite noisy. Breakfast options like muffins were appreciated, but the inconsistency in maintenance could be improved.

possibly the best and really really nice stay for the price. marvellous location, not very far from great times fun park amusement center. a wide array of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Had a well renovated and big room. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a clean bathroom...

The Waffle House next door is a sweet spot for breakfast! And the staff? Super friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms can be a real treat after a long day.

But let's spill the beans-cockroaches and sticky floors? Not cool! The place was like an invitation for pests, and the lack of cleaning? Yikes! You might want to consider sleeping in your car instead.

We were impressed by Ryan's very nice support. He quickly resolved our room issues with a smile. The spacious Queen Room made our stay enjoyable despite the initial problems.

The queen room was spacious with modern touches. The staff were attentive, quickly addressing my requests. A huge plus was being just a short walk from a cozy cafe, perfect for breakfast. Always check the lock on your door, though!

Had a relaxing night with my family in a clean room where the kids loved the pool and the cozy lounge. Although there was a bit of noise from some guests late at night, it didn't ruin our overall good vibes. I recommend earplugs just in case—better safe than sorry! 😊
